Please let us report of the loss or theft of the card as soon as possible.
It will loss effect as your report. - Withdrawal / Alteration of members qualification
If against the rules, you will be withdrew the members qualification.
Please let us know as you must be altered something. - We must be kept your individual information. The purpose of it is only sending our information.
